T-South Reliability and Expansion Program

Applications were submitted by Enbridge under Westcoast Energy Inc., doing business as Spectra Energy Transmission in 2018.

The Canadian Energy Regulatory (CER), formerly known as the National Energy Board (NEB), reviewed the applications and held a public hearing on the program. In September 2019, the CER approved the project.
