Rental accommodations for L3RP Canada workers
Enbridge and our primary contractors do not coordinate the crew accommodations for the Line 3 Replacement Program. Everyone is responsible for their own accommodations, meals, and other day-to-day needs.
We do, however, provide crews with all the accommodation leads we have, and they follow up from there. Each individual working on the Line 3 Replacement Program has their own schedule and budget, and will make a decision on what living arrangement suits them best.
There are a variety of workers on this project. Many will be looking for short-term stay options (four to six months maximum), although some workers will stay on for longer. We cannot provide any direction on rates or duration of stay. We recommend your rental rates align with whatever the rental market calls for in your community or region.
Most workers on the project will be looking for all the rental amenities consistent with a 10- to 12-hour workday. Most will be looking for fully furnished rentals.
If you do have a place for rent, please send us the following information to firstname.lastname@example.org:
- Name of community and province
- A summary of your rental (Example: 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, 2 TVs, washer-dryer, plug-ins for winter, etc.)
- Availability dates
- Contact name, e-mail address and phone number
- Any specific preferences or requirements
Once we have your information, we’ll add it to our listings, which are shared with the crews in your area. If a project worker is interested, they’ll contact you directly.
